Ted DiBiase appears to be suffering from an acute case of “Gold Fever.” Ever since Goldust stole his Million Dollar Title, The “Fortunate Son” has been unable to focus on just about anything else. As a result, he continues to falter, losing his latest match to U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan.
After the bout, DiBiase complained to his special lady friend, Maryse, that he has been too distracted by the theft of his title. The cure? DiBiase told his “harm candy” that he’s determined to stop the wedding of Goldust and Aksana the following night on WWE NXT, only on WWE.com.

It begins, she explains, with her signature flip of her flowing blonde locks.
"I get the girl in a front head lock," she adds with a giggle.
"Then I jump down on my back and she takes her face on the mat."
I shift uncomfortably in my seat backstage at Intrust Bank Arena, Wichita, Kansas, where Maryse is about to grapple in a bout for WWE whose tour is coming to Britain on November 4.
Maryse, 27, whose mother tongue is French, is quick to calm my nerves.
"I never fight men," the Montreal-born star explains. "It happened in the past but not now.
"It's not appropriate to see a man hit a women is wrong.
"There's an lot of kids watching so we have to set a good example."
WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) re-branded itself as PG( parental guidance) company in 2008.
Maryse added: "We do wear revealing outfits but it's not like wearing a g-string like in the past.
"I'd never wear that - I don't think it would be very comfortable.
"Our outfits are sexy but not provocative to the point where people will say, 'oh my God, my kids can't watch this.'"
Describing her Diva role, she revealed: "I would compare what I do to being a rock star, a movie star and professional wrestling star combined together.
"I don't take anything seriously. But Maryse's ring character is like, 'you want to look like me, be like me, have everything I have but you can't.'

With Maryse in his corner, a determined Ted DiBiase battled Goldust at WWE Bragging Rights, eager to reclaim the Million Dollar Title The Bizarre One took from him. DiBiase succeeded in earning a victory over his rival, but it was Goldust who walked away from the Target Center with the glittering prize.
Several weeks ago, Goldust began stalking DiBiase’s Million Dollar Title. Since claiming the bling as his own, the golden Superstar’s good fortune has skyrocketed. In addition to upping victory count, Goldust has asked his NXT Rookie Diva, Aksana, for her hand in marriage. And at WWE Bragging Rights, it was the Lithuanian beauty’s help that allowed him to keep the Million Dollar Title.
When Maryse attacked Aksana at ringside, Goldust became distracted, allowing DiBiase to capitalize and defeat The Bizarre One. Aksana then held the Million Dollar Title while flirting with DiBiase after the match, prompting Goldust to hit a devastating Final Cut on his opponent. With DiBiase down, Goldust reclaimed the Million Dollar Title, and left the ring with both of his diamond-encrusted beauties – the title and Aksana.
Surely this isn’t the end of the rivalry between Goldust and DiBiase. Will The Bizarre One walk down the aisle in two weeks with the Million Dollar Title on one arm, and his bride, Aksana on the other? Or will one of Raw’s most angry and arrogant couples, DiBiase and Maryse, try to step in the Golden duo’s way?

Ted DiBiase had a million reasons to confront Goldust. Before he did, however, The Bizarre One faced down the challenge of Zack Ryder, who he disposed of rather quickly. Afterward, DiBiase and his “harm candy,” Maryse, entered to retrieve The Million Dollar Title, which Goldust had absconded with the week prior.
While The “Fortunate Son” ambushed Goldust, Maryse made a beeline for the goods. Unfortunately for her, Goldust’s NXT Rookie, Aksana, wasn’t giving up the title. Instead, the lithe Lithuanian clutched the glimmering gold and sprinted up the ramp to safety. Afterward, The Bizarre one punished DiBiase for meddling in his odd affairs.
